Zach here! Thanks for taking the time to dig a bit deeper into what makes Downspout tick, we are a bit different than your typical home service company. ​

Growing up in Rhode Island, and having lived across the country I found myself coming back home to the Ocean State. However, my journey to becoming the owner of Downspout is a bit unconventional. ​

I got my start in the maritime world, and still dabble in it from time to time - moving yachts for folks under the brand Along the Keel. Yet after buying my first house, a 1920's fixer-upper, I soon realized getting people to come and perform services was a bit of a challenge, and frustrating to say the least. ​

So with that, I took it upon myself to develop what I believe what a home service business should be, and thus Downspout was formed.
